Who We Are

1Call Brands, Inc. is based in South Portland, Maine and operates as a complete integrated home services company serving Greater Portland and Southern Maine. Our services span every major trade including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, painting and drywall, paving and sealcoating, siding, windows and doors, snow plowing, and property management.

Each trade operates as its own division of the business, running independently while always having access to the full resources, team, and capabilities of the broader 1Call organization. Our leadership team brings over 60 years of combined experience in construction, home services, business operations, sales, and leadership in Maine. We know this industry, we know this market, and we know how to build something that lasts.

What Makes 1Call Different to Work For

We built 1Call around a simple idea: that the customer should be at the center of everything we do. That philosophy extends to our team as well. We want our technicians and tradespeople focused on what they do best, performing excellent work and solving customer problems. Everything else is handled for you.

Our operations team manages marketing, accounting, purchasing, equipment, scheduling, and customer follow up so you never have to. Our field based team supports estimating, troubleshooting, training, and customer relationship management. And our proprietary app based system handles customer communication, scheduling, billing, and project closeout so the administrative side of the job never gets in your way.
